Atlantic Law concentrates on a limited number of practice areas: Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Long Term Care Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Fiduciary Services, and Guardianships & Conservatorships. This allows me to focus on the intricacies of these areas and keep up on the latest developments in each. I don’t “dabble” in other practice areas, instead choosing to stick with what I know.

And if you want additional information, just call or email to ask. I strive to respond to clients promptly, many times by the end of the business day, but always within 24 hours.

3) Mobility

Your schedule is busy and finding the time for an appointment at your lawyer’s office may not always be possible. That’s why Atlantic Law prides itself on its flexibility and mobility. While Atlantic Law’s office is located in Virginia Beach, I am available to come to your location, on your schedule. (And unlike some other lawyers, there is no extra charge for an out-of-office consultation.) And if you need to meet by conference call or Skype, that works too.
